A keyhole view of dedicated people, PIVOTAL connects them and their stories together in a unique way. Through image and voice we are introduced to some of the amazing people who believe in Hartford. These portraits represent Hartford today; young and old, diverse, creative, dedicated, spirited, intelligent, and all engaged in this city.

The challenges of Hartford are real and cannot be denied. But look closer and you will see the seeds of rebirth. From the smallest efforts, to major contributions, all are creating a strong foundation that is building this great city up again.
